The hotel serves very very good and excellent breakfasts at the nearby French bakery. The location is great and stunning, greatly enjoyed to be near some leisure places, we've visited coffee store and a zoo. Also, it's few steps 

Fantastic service, had relaxing experience.

The staff was friendly and really friendly - we would like to come again. Our room was good-sized and pet-friendly with a gorgeous view, updated bathroom plus 2 kids in tow, slept well. The location was very central, favourable 

It has accommodating employees at the reception desk. Plus, the location is marvellous and lovely, minutes from a 74 - story skyscraper. And it's nestled in a very very good building right by many shops and restaurants as well as the lake and the down town 

Good small and quirky hotel, did not want to leave.

We had a relaxing stay that met every demand, would like to come again. We liked this hotel, it was fairly clean with a favourable and friendly staff.

Great trip! Perfect location for exploring the city and all its attractions. Loved the convenience of the nearby public transport options, and was thrilled with how close we were to all the key shopping

The location was perfect and convenient, around 10-15 minutes walk from Chicago Water Tower. Moreover, it's short walk to Chicago and Michigan Avenue. Neat room which had central heating, a personal safe and pay TV. 

All of the staff was exceptionally helpful and service-oriented. Incredible central location really close to the shops and the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Looking Glass Theatre as well as arts.  

We enjoyed the free coffee until 9:30 am and the hangers provided in the closet were a nice touch. The location was perfect, close to many shops and restaurants, and the public areas were always 

The location was incredible, you can visit a law school by walking. The area was great near to the Whitehall and Chicago and shops restaurants.

The room is good sized with a queen bed, the hotel features a coffee bar onsite.

The hotel was located within walking distance of many restaurants and key attractions. The room was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful. They solved any issues quickly and effectively.

The biggest issue we faced was with the internet service, which was quite spotty. the bed was pretty hard which led to some back pain in the mornings.

Property was excellent and charming, I loved the stay.

Units with non-isolated window on alley. Restaurant was perfect for breakfast. This hotel was located in a very central area just next door to the center, the magnificent Mile and other great things to see in Chicago, 

In a very central location with a coffee house and a zoo near the hotel. Really good building and rooms with perfect decoration.

I stayed in the room that was nicely updated with beautiful bathrooms and available with black-out curtains, super comfortable bed, view down Delaware.
